ClawAgentHQ ("we," "us," or "our") is the command center for AI agents built on OpenClaw. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, product, and related services (together, the "Services").

We collect only what we need to run the Services and keep your agents useful and secure. This falls into three broad categories:

  • Account information — your name, work email, company, and billing details when you sign up or subscribe to a paid plan.
  • Connected-tool data — the content your agents read and act on in the tools you link via OAuth, such as messages, tickets, errors, and CRM records, accessed strictly within the scopes you grant.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the Services, including pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and diagnostic logs that help us keep things running.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services — and for nothing that would surprise you. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Provide the core product: let your agents monitor tools, keep context, and take the actions you approve.
  • Authenticate you, process payments, and manage your subscription.
  • Send service messages, security alerts, and (if you opt in) product updates.
  • Diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and performance.
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Data From Your Connected Tools

When you connect a tool, your agents access only the scoped data required to do the job you hired them for. You control which tools are linked and can revoke access at any time — access ends the moment you disconnect.

We do not train our models, or anyone else's, on your connected-tool data. Your data belongs to you. We use it solely to deliver the Services to you and your team, never to build shared models or to sell to third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Subprocessors — vetted service providers (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, and model inference) that help us run the Services under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Data Security

Security is foundational, not a feature. Every customer runs in a dedicated, isolated virtual machine, so your data is never pooled with anyone else's. We encrypt data in transit and at rest with industry-standard 256-bit encryption.

We enforce scoped OAuth access, role-based access controls, and a full, exportable audit trail of every observation and action. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and to notify you promptly if an incident affects you.

Data Retention

We keep your information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Activity history is retained according to the limits of your plan.

When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a commercially reasonable period, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA. In all regions, we aim to honor these rights for everyone. You can:
